MUSSELS IN MUSTARD SAUCE

Serves: 6

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds cooked mussels on half shell
    5 ounces mayonnaise
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon chopped chives

Preparation

  • Arrange the cooked mussels on a serving dish. Refrigerate. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice and chives.
    Pour sauce over the mussels. Serve cold
